Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post registered mail. If you live in a metropolitan centre, you should receive your package the next day. Perfect! Please contact us if you would like to track
your package, through Australia Post. If you do not receive your package within five business days, drop us a line: customer@prettydogshop.com
International Shipping

All orders and shipping totals are in Australian dollars. You’re responsible for any taxes and tariffs imposed by your home country. For international orders, we use Australia Post International service. You should receive your package within 10 to 14 business days. Australia Post provides proof of delivery (signature required in most countries) and a tracking number. If you do not receive your package within three weeks, please contact us at: customer@prettydogshop.com

We have a flat international shipping and handling rate:
New Zealand $20
The rest of the world $40

Returns Policy

Sometimes the glove doesn’t quite fit. We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit on any purchase.

Conditions
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. We cannot accept returns on sale items. Items can be returned for a refund or store credit and must be in their new, unused condition with all garment tags still attached. The refund will appear on your credit card when we receive the goods. If you opt for a store credit, we will email you a code that you can use at checkout. You can use your store credit online or in our Sydney shop.

The Fine Print
We’d really love to be omnipotent and in control of everything but once the package leaves here it’s not in our hands (obviously). We’re not responsible for mail delays. We can’t issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We can’t help you if the postman leaves the package on your doorstep and the snails munch away. We’re very sorry. (Tip: always use your work address, so you can at least blame the receptionist.)
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the product you originally bought. Does that make sense? Sometimes we might have sold out of a particular size and so we will offer you a refund or store credit. The choice is yours.
Refund
Please contact us via email (customer@prettydogshop.com). In your email please give your order number and your reason for return and we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number. Once we receive your goods we can process your refund. It may take up to ten days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution. The refund total will be the cost of your goods minus shipping costs.
Store credit
Once we receive your goods we will send you an email with your store credit information. You will be given a code that you can use at checkout online or in person. The store credit total will be the cost of your goods minus shipping costs. Your store credit is valid for one year. So get shopping!
